You may have noticed that our web site is not working properly.
People are filling their baskets, trying to check out and are being returned to our front page with an empty shopping basket. Arkom are working on this problem as I write, and we will hopefully have found a satisfactory solution to this problem within a couple of days. The fault seems to be due to a) a server patch that was recently applied, and b) the amount of web traffic that we have been receiving.
What a time to break down! Our stats show that we have missed a significant amount of orders over the weekend, and I ask that anyone who wishes to place an order telephones either Brian or Ros on 01246 232600 who will be more than happy to take an order and process card payments, and will also give an additional free gift for every order placed in this manner as a 'thankyou' for your persistence.
Our teas and coffees remain excellent quality!
