The credit for discovering Tea is generally attributed to the legendary Chinese Emperor named Shen Nung. According to the story he only drank water that had been boiled and one day leaves from the firewood or perhaps a nearby bush fell into his kettle and the Chinese date tea drinking from this happy incident which historians tell us happened around 2700 BC.
