In creating our Calm blend we looked at ingredients that traditionally cited as being relaxing or aiding sleep. So we have blended in just the right proportions, chamomile, lemon balm, hawthorne, valerian root, lavender and rose petal.

This blend can help to calm you down if feeling stressed and help you get into the right frame of mind for settling down in the evening. It is caffeine free and we’ve sourced the ingredients from Egypt, Bulgaria, Poland, France and China.
