Jasmine Yin Zhen

Yin Zhen is one of the most well-known white teas to come from Fujian and is sometimes called ‘Moli Yin Zhen’.

This example is from Fuding, and has a delightful Jasmine aroma, which emanates from the beautiful, downy leaves. White tea gets its name from these downy hairs that are only on the youngest shoots. The skill of the pickers of this tea is not to be underestimated!
