Liquorice Tea

Liquorice Tea is claimed to be beneficial to health. Take care though and limit your intake to one or two cups a day.

The tea is made up of large, black leaves and you can brew it by infusing in boiling water for three – five minutes. It comes from China, and the large leaves are flavoured with liquorice root. Drink this tea without milk as a refreshing afternoon or evening tea.
