Cancellation 

It may not always be possible to amend or cancel your order, as it may have already been despatched. 

Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01246 232 600 with your order number and amendment or cancellation request, and they will confirm if this is possible.

Returns

Should you be unhappy with any of the items you receive, you must contact us via email within 14 days of the date you receive the goods, in order to inform us you would like to make a return. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us to return the goods.  

You are entitled to a refund or exchange on any items still in the condition they were received in - i.e. in unopened condition, with no signs of wear and tear and with packaging undamaged and labels still attached. 

Any items that have been damaged, altered or returned not in their original condition or branded packaging will not be accepted.

All refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your returned products. Please note the refunds will be for the item only and not for return delivery costs. 

UK Orders

We use Royal Mail (http://www.royalmail.com/) for all UK orders. If you would prefer us to use another service, then please contact us before placing an order on this site.

Our delivery charges are based on weight* and are as follows:

*Please note: We sell our teas and coffees by their net weights, but please note that our delivery charge calculation takes into account the weight of the tea or coffee packaging plus the shipping carton (approx. 12-14g for a 250g bag and 35g for a small shipping box). Our parcels are individually weighed and charged at current postal rates set by the Post Office.

 

We have our own delivery vehicles operating within 100 mile radius of Chesterfield, and should we have a vehicle passing close by to the delivery address you have specified within a three days of you placing your order, then we reserve the right to deliver your order using our own transport.

We are unable to ship outside the UK at this time.

Click and Collect Policy

Our Click and Collect service is a convenient way for you to order and pick up tea and coffee items from our shop based on Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield.

You can place a click and collect order for any products on our website and this service is free of charge with no minimum spend required.

When will my Click and Collect order be available?

Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday will be ready to collect from our shop in Chesterfield between 10am and 5pm the following day.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be ready on the following Monday between 12pm and 5pm.

What will I need to collect my order?

Please bring your order confirmation, ether on your phone or as a print out, and a proof of identity with you when you come to collect your items.

Can someone collect by order for me?

Yes. If a third party is collecting your goods they must bring the booking confirmation with them, again either on their phone or a print out. The person collecting the order must also bring their own ID with them.

How long will you keep my Click and Collect order?

We will only be able to keep Click and Collect orders for seven days. If you haven’t collected your order after seven days, your order will be cancelled and your items refunded*. This would take 3–5 working days to reach your account.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the product, we will NOT be able to refund any ground coffee in your order as we will then be unable to resell this item.

If for any reason you know there will be a delay in collecting your items please do contact the office and they will do their best to help you.

Are there any changes to ‘Click and Collect’ over the Festive period?

The last date for ‘Click and Collect’ orders will be Friday 20 December and this service will not be available again to place orders until Thursday 2 January.
