I was delighted to see the following post from our friends and colleagues at the UK Tea and Infusions Association. Although I have worked in the tea-trade for 35 years now, I was still surprised to learn that the boiling of the kettle equates to approximately 50% of the cost of a cup of tea consumed at home.
