Returns & Cancellation Policy for Northern Tea Merchants:
It may not always be possible to amend or cancel your order, as it may have already been despatched.
Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01246 232 600 with your order number and amendment or cancellation request, and they will confirm if this is possible.
Should you be unhappy with any of the items you receive, you must contact us via email within 14 days of the date you receive the goods, in order to inform us you would like to make a return. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us to return the goods.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange on any items still in the condition they were received in - i.e. in unopened condition, with no signs of wear and tear and with packaging undamaged and labels still attached.
Any items that have been damaged, altered or returned not in their original condition or branded packaging will not be accepted.
All refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your returned products. Please note the refunds will be for the item only and not for return delivery costs.
We use Royal Mail (http://www.royalmail.com/) for all UK orders. If you would prefer us to use another service, then please contact us before placing an order on this site.
We have our own delivery vehicles operating within 100 mile radius of Chesterfield, and should we have a vehicle passing close by to the delivery address you have specified within a three days of you placing your order, then we reserve the right to deliver your order using our own transport.
We use Messrs Interparcel (http://www.interparcel.com/) for all overseas orders. Orders placed with Interparcel can be tracked by a unique tracking ID that they issue. If you require to track your overseas order then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you the details required.
