At Northern Tea Merchants, we always aim to buy from smallholders' cooperative, who represents a group of farmers in a region. Colombian Continental Roast Coffee

Brewing Hints: This coffee makes a very traditional and thick espresso coffee. In a cafetiere, allow it to brew for 3 – 4 minutes. Filters make this coffee well

Roast Depth: A very dark roast

Origin: This coffee is contributed to by literally hundreds of thousands of smallholders throughout Colombia. The Colombian Government is very strict about what is exported, and so the Medellin Excelso used for this continental roast coffee is good quality and consistent
